Jury (“we”, “us”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

What we collect

Account info (email, display name via Google or email signup), your submissions (text questions), verdict results, and basic usage data (verdicts per day).

How we use it

To generate AI verdicts, manage your account, enforce usage limits, and process payments. We never sell your data to third parties.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function:

• Authentication cookies (set by Supabase): keep you logged in across sessions. These are HttpOnly session cookies prefixed with sb-. They do not track you.
• Payment cookies (set by Stripe on their hosted checkout page): used for fraud prevention during payment processing. We do not control these cookies.

We do not use any analytics cookies, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting. We have no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, and no third-party trackers of any kind.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Jury:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting. Your data is stored securely in PostgreSQL. Supabase Privacy Policy
• OpenAI: AI model provider for generating verdicts and chat responses. Your questions are sent to OpenAI’s API for processing. OpenAI Privacy Policy
• Stripe: payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Vercel: hosting provider. Vercel Privacy Policy

Data storage & retention

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL). Verdict history is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data

Children

Jury is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
